standby database is in mount mode and in OEM status is down.

Server details:-

Physical Standby database: - Recovery is enabled means in mount point.

Below you can see the agent is up and Listener is up, but standby database is down, because database start with Mount state with recovery is enabled (log applying on standby database), MRP is going on mount mode.

Resolution:-

1. Click on Target on Top
2. Click on  Hosts
3. Enter the host name in search box and go.
4. Click on target button

5. Click on agent
6. Click on database name and then configure.

8. Note : - Here configure a user , who has sysdba privileges, as sysdba user can even work in mount point mode.
